The B100 Daily Story
Richard Jeffers founded B100 Daily Life Balance out of a series of life changes and challenges. After spending 40 years in the financial services industry and working with countless families, and his own bouts with depression and burn-out, he realized that so much of our suffering and seeking is in search of a more balanced life. Witnessing what was happening in the world and in his career helping families build wealth, he still felt something was missing. Wealth alone could not create the type of balance that leads to a truly happy and fulfilling life.
Inspired by this realization, and his family and faith, Richard left his long-time corporate career with a mission. Richard became the torchbearer for creating balance and building generational wealth within his own family. During a family reunion, Richard took his seven siblings through the B100 Score – Self Assessment to see how he could make a difference in the lives of his immediate family and the results were nothing short of life-changing.
The B100 Score – Self Assessment allowed Richards’ family to connect and support each other on a whole new level. When the WEALTH score was low with one of his sisters, she shared she was in debt and did not know what to do. She had been living with this stress quietly for over a decade. The family then worked together to create a plan to pay off her debt quickly, which created some much-needed relief and balance in her life!
It didn’t stop there, his sister Lollie shared that her FUN score was only a 10 out of 25 which was unusual for her. The family saw an immediate opportunity to lift Lollie and her FUN score by turning on her favorite music and dancing, returning Lollie and the whole family to a state of light-heartedness and fun!
Richard left the family reunion more determined than ever to create a practice that would help him find his balance again, and in the process, help his family and others do the same. Richard left his long-time career, and is now making a difference every day by doing work he loves, in supporting others in creating life-changing BALANCE.

Richard has an MBA and 40+ years of experience in retail banking and real estate information services. He enjoys golf, travel, and nature. Richard’s life purpose is helping individuals and families achieve balance and generational prosperity.
