Utilization

We work with organizations to create a customized benefit matrix that will increase utilization or fill in gaps in existing wellness programs and benefits already offered by the organization. The benefit matrix will refer participants to existing benefits and programs to support a specific Life Sector based on their B100 Score. This process also helps employees realize the value of existing benefits and helps the organization determine if existing programs are beneficial or adopt new ones as needed.

Reporting & Data

The B100 Score Self-Assessment can provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting at the individual level as well as management, and program administrators to show the correlation between life balance and the team’s performance and productivity. More importantly, this data can provide opportunities to communicate, be pro-active, and intervene at critical moments based on individual and group scores to provide the necessary support to uplift an individual or department.
